The Husky Pediatric Cancer Foundation is a student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization at the University of Washington dedicated to supporting low income families with pediatric cancer patients. This organization focuses especially on helping youth affected by cancer and the families of these youth and is committed to providing not just financial support but also serving to assist the overall needs of these disadvantaged families.

Pumpkin Smash

HPCF has been smashing pumpkins since it was established in 2012 and has developed a relationship with Fairbank Farms, who donate the pumpkins to us every year, since. The pumpkins cost $1-3 to ravage depending on size. This event is also fun to host during midterm week at UW because smashing pumpkins for students can be a good de-stressor while they are helping HPCF raise money in support of low-income families of pediatric cancer patients.
